willPower has provided me with that “added edge” I was looking for – to enhance all of my athletic endeavors.
The willPower Method’s philosophy and formatting allows students to draw from a collective energy. We empower each other to push past our limits and experience change from the inside out. It’s a team effort leading to individual results, all in a safe environment. I teach a lot of other formats, but there’s really nothing else like willPower.
