Barre-Fusion®: Class Formatting

Class Formatting

A 60-minute willPower Barre-Fusion workout is accordingly:

  • 15-20 minutes: foot, lower leg and full spinal warmup
  • 20-30 minutes: standing balance and conditioning, stretch
  • 10-20 minutes: mat work conditioning and stretch

Class Segments

There are 7 segments in the foundational Barre-Fusion® workout.  Learn the fundamental workout and master it along with your students for 3-4 months before adjusting to a new class design. Once the full class is mastered, the segments can be rearranged / reordered to create a new flow.

Use the following foundational 7 Segments for at least 6 months before adding new segments. Repetition produces results.

You will find a post for each of the following segments, along with a video and coaching notes.

Similar to  willPower & grace®, new segments will be released which will allow you to evolve the workout.

1. PRE-CLASS: 1-3 MIN

2. STANDING FOOTWORK & LOWER LEG SERIES: 9-12 MINS

3. FULL BODY WARM-UP: 5-8 MINS

4. STANDING PARALLEL SERIES: 14-16 MINS

5. STANDING TURNOUT SERIES: 12-14 MINS

6. HOT BY JUNE & MAT WORK: 13-15 MINS

7. FINAL STRETCH: 3-5 MINS

New exercises will be released, as well. These will not be quarterly – or on a specific time frame. You should refer back to wIN when you feel that your design is getting stale, and integrate new pieces to keep you refreshed.
