Jodi from Little Falls, New Jersey is a full-time funeral director, but her passion for health and fitness has led her to teach group fitness and personal train part-time for over 16 years. Jodi is a wPg Level III instructor with Graceful designation. Professional certifications include AFAA, Schwinn® Indoor Cycling, BOSU®, TRX Suspension Training®, and CorePole®. In Addition, Jodi is a Barefoot Training Specialist® certified through Evidence Based Fitness Academy®. Jodi believes that when you put your mind, body and heart and soul into anything you do, you can achieve anything you want. She loves motivating and challenging her class through positive philosophy.
