The willPower Method’s philosophy and formatting allows students to draw from a collective energy. We empower each other to push past our limits and experience change from the inside out. It’s a team effort leading to individual results, all in a safe environment. I teach a lot of other formats, but there’s really nothing else like willPower.
Thanks to The willPower Method®, my feet are much stronger as is the quality of my movement. It may be hard to quantify in terms of % body fat, but I believe it has steered me clear of injury throughout the rigors of training.

Some clients feel hesitant about trying a barefoot class for the first time, but after they learn all the benefits they quickly become fans of willPower! I’ve seen happy faces, when I tell people they don’t have to miss a class because they forgot to put their shoes in the gym bag! (No shoes? No problem!)
