I’m a former dancer and longtime instructor. willPower has helped rehabilitate a hip injury that had become debilitating. The willPower Method® has been a gift of longevity for continuing my career in cardio based fitness.
The willPower Method’s philosophy and formatting allows students to draw from a collective energy. We empower each other to push past our limits and experience change from the inside out. It’s a team effort leading to individual results, all in a safe environment. I teach a lot of other formats, but there’s really nothing else like willPower.
willPower has made me a more intentional instructor. I’ve learned to shift my focus of cueing movements to explaining the intent and purpose behind each posture and exercise.
willPower Method® formats give me my cardio fix, and help me to get focused physically, mentally and emotionally (something I thought was a luxury for a mom of three!)
