The willPower Method’s philosophy and formatting allows students to draw from a collective energy. We empower each other to push past our limits and experience change from the inside out. It’s a team effort leading to individual results, all in a safe environment. I teach a lot of other formats, but there’s really nothing else like willPower.
I had plantar fasciitis, and reconnecting with my feet has cured this ailment. I also suffered with vertigo since the age of 15 and the willPower workout has helped establish a healthy vestibular system.
