Yes! When you place your order on our website, chipping costs will be calculated automatically.
Full refunds (100%) will be given up to 3 weeks (21 days) of the workshop. If you need to cancel your registration within 3 weeks of the training, you will be refunded 50% of your payment (minus a $10 admin and transaction fee). The remaining 50% can be used toward any training you choose within 1 year of the original training date. Please note: Training credit can only be used towards another training. It may not be applied to store merchandise, wIN, etc.
Complimentary wIN access will be cancelled once your refund is applied. Education material (manual, DVD) will not be shipped if you have cancelled your workshop registration.
In order for our orders to be fully processed, we need to manually "capture" your funds through our payment system. It then typically takes about 15 minutes for the download to complete.

- (in the middle of the screen) You will be provided a link to your paid downloadable products.
We use PayPal as a merchant tool, but you do not need a PayPal account. Once you get to the PayPal page, look for a link to the left of the login that says... "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account". From that point, you can pay directly with your credit card. We do not accept personal checks.
Your login name is the email you used to set up your account. If you are having trouble logging in, you may try to reset your password using the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen.
Downloaded items are non-refundable.
All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and must have prior authorization. Please email email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return address.
Returns made without prior authorization (RMA) will not be processed and all incurred charges—shipping or other—will be the responsibility of the returning party. In the case of a manufacturing defect, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you in exchanging your order. Your assigned RMA number must accompany the return, either marked on the outside of the package or notated inside of the package.
It is strongly recommended that the item is returned using an insured, traceable shipping method. Once received and inspected, we will gladly exchange the returned item, issue a credit toward a future purchase, or issue a refund. A 25% restocking fee is applicable to returned items and original outbound shipping charges will not be refunded. In the instance of a clothing exchange, you are responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
The returned item(s) need to be properly re-packed and received in "new" condition. Small items such as accessories and unopened DVDs may be returned in most cases. Any clothing items returned must be unwashed, un-worn, and in their original condition with original tags attached. Product returns that are received either damaged or otherwise not able to be sold as new will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Missing items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to verify the contents of your order within that time frame and notify us of any discrepancies.
Please also note: any refund given is subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee as well as any restocking fee.
