We pride ourselves in our education process. Part of this process is letting YOU know what to expect, every step of the way. Use this Scoring Criteria to prepare for your evaluation. When you pass, you should feel confident that you have what it takes to lead a great willPower class!

Introduction

Multi-Levels
Meets Expectation:

Explains that wP&g® is a multi level class and helps students identify which level they will be working at on that particular day.

Explains that intensity is possible within each level and the benefits of working on the particular level for you on that particular day
Classroom Management
Meets Expectation:

Lines members up with rows, touching fingers and staggers rows so members can see themselves in the mirror.

Exceeds expectation:

Strategically positions students to achieve a successful team environment.
Barefoot Education
Meets Expectation:

Since willPower is a barefoot class, instructor offers smart, relevant barefoot information

Exceeds expectation:

Demonstrates proficient knowledge to anatomy, biomechanics, neuromuscular connection, or reflexology.
Barefoot Warm Up
Meets expectation:

Proficiently teaches at least 5 exercise from either Sole Training sequence in the Phase II manual within your 3 minute window

Exceeds expectation:

Educates while demonstrating and teaching the sequence
Power Stance
Meets expectation:

Takes the time to get students grounded, present, and focused

References alignment, engagement, and/or energetic presence

willPower Uniformity

Class wears black clothing, speaks willPower vocabulary (“that’s willPower!”).

Floor is clear of any equipment (including mats), environment is safe and appropriate for barefoot training.

Bags, water bottles, etc., are cleared from room. You have provided a non-distracting environment for training (and videotaping).

Appearance is neatly groomed from head to toe (hair pulled back, neat and appropriate fitness attire and feet well-maintained).

Experiments with tone of voice by raising to add excitement and lowering to add focus.

That’s willPower!

This section may be the difference between being good and being GREAT … so go for it! Grab bonus points for being an excellent example of a Level 2 willPower Leader.

Pushups 10 full-body pushups, with good technique: a straight line from head to heel. These pushups should be performed on camera, but without your students. Camera should be positioned so that we can see your full body (side view). This section is “all or nothing”.

Nationally Accredited Fitness Certification Must provide a current copy of your certification to gain these points. Must have CPR certification for Phase II
The Total Package Uses “willPower language”, has clearly studied wIN, the manual, and EDU DVD. Possesses confident command of the workout and the people in the room. Is familiar with the willPower website: this is indicated by comments made on evaluation DVD, and also through resourceful behavior in correspondence with willPower education team. Communication is timely and pleasant.Evaluation package is submitted in full – with copies of certifications, and DVD or uploaded video is clearly labeled. Has shown willPower involvement and excitement through social media channels. You talk the talk,, walk the walk… you ARE willPower!
