Do You Have Time for a Quickie? (Protein Packed)

Get your mind out of the gutter people… this is a great SNACK and very easy to make.

Peel two hard-boiled eggs, cut in half and dump the yolk. Use 2 servings of almond butter to fill all four halves.

These delicious little snacks will leave you feeling full and satiated. I like them with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top and SLK enjoys them with raisins. The great thing about egg whites is they take on the flavor you mix them with.

Try adding your favorite hummus inside for a healthier version of a deviled egg. This is another great snack to get you through your busy day. Because this snack is dense, it will keep you feeling satisfied longer – much better than empty chips or sugary candy.

It’s a quick and easy snack – but it will take a moment of thought before you reach for the chemical-packed candy. Use self-control and discipline, and fuel your body smart.
