You know those lessons that you need to remember? Try mantra; it’s power is exponential. It permeates cognition, action, and emotion. It can help you transcend confusion or a bad habit. It’s the reminder that you can build into your every day.
The excitement of something new can wane. When passion stalls, results stall, and then we lose in every way imaginable. So, before you start preparing your meals, your to-do list, or any willPower-ful endeavor, take some time to PREPARE your mind.
When we feel like our happiness, goal and/or survival hinges on others or our outer circumstances, we reclaim our willPower in the surrender. As we surrender in mind and spirit, our bodies respond with harmony and strength.
Anything with an incubation period invites both love and fearful speculation, tempting us to go “out of order” in hiding our fear and attempting to control things we simply cannot. There’s an alternative, of course. It’s called PATIENCE.
We tend to think of power in the “up” phase…on the jump itself, without thought or care of the landing. However, power is cultivated, learned, and understood in the down phase. If you want power, you need to master your landings.
