Recipient of the 2014 ECA Best Female Presenter Award, she is also the Mindful Music Advisor for Power Music® and an Advisory Board member for NAFC. Stacey Lei is a Master Trainer for BOSU® and Schwinn® Cycling, as well as a Reiki practitioner.

The willPower Method®

A unique exercise program, for students of all levels is now available in your area!

YOUR CITY, YOUR STATE – (MONTH, XX, 20XX) — Fitness Instructor, xxxxx, xxxxx now offers a unique workout at the local fitness facility XXXXXXXX, in XXXTOWN, XXSTATE, on XXDAY, XXTIME.   These classes are open to club members.

With the emergence of the  “minimal shoe” in 2011, we are experiencing a new wellness trend:  Foot Fitness. One courageous fitness pro had this vision more than a decade ago, and she trusted her feet. Now she’s forged a path in the fitness world. According to barefoot fitness expert Stacey Lei Krauss, “You wouldn’t do push ups with your arm in a cast so why would you work out with your foot stuck in a sneaker?” With 20 years of experience as a dancer and an elite fitness instructor, Krauss knows that to be truly fit, it all begins with the feet.

Krauss began developing her barefoot fitness program, The willPower Method® in 2000. Exercising barefoot her entire life, she became acutely aware that most of her students had very little (if any) proprioceptive awareness below the ankles. Mobilizing and stabilizing the foot’s 33 joints is what Krauss refers to as “Foot Fitness”. Now, as the Lead Fitness Advisor for Vibram Five Fingers®, she advocates her full-body, cardio-conditioning program, The willPower Method®.

The most popular willPower class is called willPower & grace®. This is a full-body, equipment-free workout, based on repetitive sequences, so that the body learns the patterns and gets smarter. Combining barefoot, functional cardiovascular training with flexibility and endurance, this fusion format includes a sports-psychology element; encouraging the development of “willPower: strength of mind”. The class is referred to as “The superfood of fitness”; a small does goes a long way and it’s got the power to strengthen, invigorate and protect.

The willPower Method® has gained global recognition, and is now available in our area. You can find this workout at XXXX GYM, in XXXX TOWN.   The class is taught by certified willPower & grace® instructor, XXXXXX NAME. willPower & grace® is suitable for students of all fitness levels.
