The willPower Method® evolved from one unique workout called willPower & grace®. The program founder, Stacey Lei Krauss created this workout for her (very) discerning NYC clientele who were looking for a smart, intense workout “that gets it all done” in an hour. SLK developed sequences to tone, stretch, and strengthen – while also providing the intense endorphin rush of a sweaty cardio class. Since 2000, willPower workouts have been barefoot; it’s a methodology to heal and strengthens the body from its foundation.
The willPower Method® is a mix of positive, inspired emotion with mindful exercise and a flood of endorphins. Like a superfood, a small dose goes a long way; it’s got the power to strengthen, invigorate and protect.
